If they're on Reddit, 99% chance they're an AGP. That sub in particular is full of "meta-attracted" AGPs. Not that I don’t agree or see your reasoning, but this fellow makes me think of John Flynt/Brianna Wu, who is most likely a HSTS.

AGP and HSTS are not mutually exclusive either.
Fetish/BDSM in its modern form emerged from the underground gay clubs, so clearly homosexuals and perversion are intertwined.

While not every homosexual man is a dirty pervert, I would hazard a guess that more proportionally have engaged in sexual deviance than straight men.

Pooners, since most of them are still relatively young, tend to pass as teenaged boys—at least when they do pass. When they don't, it's still creepy and gross, but non-threatening. When you've got a 5'2" girl with a pubic beard, cracked T-voice, raging acne, and male pattern baldness along with big tits and birthing hips, it's about as threatening as a hissy feral kitten (minus the cute). Men aren't at risk of being harmed by them, and neither are women. If anything, they're pitiable, because the self-loathing that led them to do this to themselves is so obvious.

Troons, on the other hand, rightly ping others' radar as a threat, because it's a sexually perverted man who is so out of control, he's openly acting on his perversion. Most of them have the potential to do real harm to women and kids, and even other men.

That, or he's too cheap to pay extra to reduce that effect, and, since he's a man and it's an aspect of his appearance not linked to his fetish, he doesn't see it as a problem.

Women would generally be bothered by that, because they're aware of and sensitive to all the finer details of their appearance, and will see all sorts of minor things as problems to be fixed. For most troons, their image of themselves as women is very low-resolution, except when it comes to the aspects that directly relate to their fetish, and even then it's still pretty grainy. So they'll wear badly-applied lipstick, or pantyhose, or slutty clubwear, because these things turn them on, but they can't see how gross, and how incompetent at faking femininity, they are.

The AGPs who do start putting in more effort to pass usually do it because they have jobs where they have to interact with women, and they at least have some awareness that they need to do more to pass and be taken seriously than just the parts that turn them on. But it's rare for them to ever dress or groom themselves nearly as well as actual women do, because they just can't see themselves in high enough resolution to get it right. They always make bad choices, or neglect certain things, while hyperfixating on others.

The forum software will often add a closing tag at the end of the post when it detects what it thinks is an opening tag, so when you edit, scroll to the bottom to remove that as well.

It can be hard to pick HSTS trannies from autosexual gooners who are simply fixated on the "mid-century housewife" type of woman instead of the more in-vogue "teenage goth lesbian" or "stoner tomboy". If they describe their attraction to men and it sounds like they're reading off a script, that's an obvious tell -- i.e. "I want a man who is CONFIDENT, CARING and STRONG!" (ok, I bet you also want to serve him Jello salad wearing a cocktail dress after he comes back from work at the asbestos factory.)

Catching a partner crossdressing would set off a spiral of existential dread in the neurotic mind of the fagtroon. This guy just seems slightly miffed that his fantasy was interrupted.

My biggest complaint about troon names, aside from how they always give themselves as many middle names as possible like it's a quantity thing that will make them women, is that they never bother with any sort of fluidity to the name. They just mush together all their favorite names without thinking how it feels or sounds saying it all together. Their names never have any sort of flow to them; you could put a period after every random female name.

Stripper name plus two old-fashioned names just sounds ridiculous.

My read into it is it’s a “fuck you” to their given normie deadname, by being as absurdly long and cartoonish as possible it’s one more piece of validating “proof” that the old life and gender they left behind is now completely different and gone. Thankfully these troons mostly can’t have kids because you could bet we’d see a generation of confused Luna Melody Moss’s running around getting bullied.

This reinforces a point I've made many times in this thread: transitioning for these people is not genuine. They don't suffer from gender dysphoria. They do it because it's a sexual fetish for them. It's crossdressing with the added clout and forced societal acceptance. It allows them to be the kind of creeps they want to be, but to also be reinforced by a community that attempts to make their sick fetishes excepted in normal society. They simply get off at playing at another gender. It's fucking sick.
