I’m at work and don’t have unlimited time to dig, but at 3:15 in this clip he starts characterizing the meeting and basically blaming Lindsey for counter-signalling.

It’s implied there that the democrat position is no deal without security guarantees and reclaiming territory, but it’s not stated directly.

My imperfect memory suggests that he actually said it in a press briefing after the meeting, not in an interview or guest appearance on cable shows

My honest question is this, if it’s fine to post this here, what does the US have to gain by funding Ukraine’s war? I’ve asked both the Slav Zigger thread and the hohol thread, neither thread really gives a satisfactory answer.
