Only if it's retroactively applied and, even then, there is every possibility Monty's case might pass it anyway.
That was the belief here last year: That Randazza might have succeeded in getting the Colorado anti-SLAPP applied, only for Fischer to apply it and for Monty's suit to still pass the smell test.
EDIT: @AnOminous points out it is specifically NOT retroactive. So Nick is wrong.

This is just drama to rouse his remaining 15 fans. Nick is a drama streamer now, having abandoned all pretense at law or nnews coverage. It does not matter if it is real or probable--just that it generates some clicks and some latenet dopamine response in his fried receptors.

I really think he is just hiding and waiting for a big enough legal 'W' (or something he can stretch to fit that definition) to stream on his own. Given the odds in his multitude of legal cases, i think that unlikely, and we will only see him as a stream guest or Twitter when he needs to sperg about his legal misfortunes.
Pay Monty, Nick. Get rid of at least one of your albatrosses.

Since Nick isn't settling this case, one thing I'd love to see is a breakdown of Nick's finances made public if possible.
It would be interesting to know how long Rekieta can bleed like a stuck pig for. He isn't making money since he isn't streaming and he lives a pretty expensive lifestyle.

It wouldn’t surprise me if he was already in dire straits. The revelation that he took out an unnecessary mortgage on his house and was facing a sheriff’s auction was funny as hell. Millions came in through the Depp trial and Rittenhouse coverage and it’s probably all gone.

It's not. You'll never get that. Unless the court imposes fee shifting in favor of Nick, and against Monty. Which I don't see happening even if Monty were to ultimately lose. Nick is not getting this SLAPPed down.
Your best bet is this will end in a loss for Nick, he'll get completely shit faced again, and then throw out a number he paid Randazza while also blaming Randazza. Because nothing is ever Nick's fault.
