Anna o' Brien / Glitter + Lazers / GlitterandLazers - Fat, drunk, consoomer attention whore who would rather eat and drink herself to death than endure a single negative emotion

Ok, so... upcoming gunt-sucking surgery confirmed.
After that, she'll need her front and back tits done.
And then, after that, these will need seeing to...

Finally, when all that's done, Anna will be back to square one with the candy juicys. You can still clearly see the three tiers of solid fat on her outer thighs in the "squats" video.
She's completely mental.

Meanwhile, Scamron's laughing all the way to the bank.
Speaking of that totally unscrupulous butcher... why doesn't Scamron explain how much saline he injected prior to removing the 10-11 litres of "fat and fibrosis"? Note that he said fat before fibrosis. Weird.

Anyway.
I feel like Anna should celebrate with a sheetcake.
As a treat.

This is one of the biggest fat acceptance talking points, that they are constantly refused knee replacements surgeries, but offered bariatric surgeries and how come the one is possible for anesthesiologist and the other not, although the explanation is simple.
Most of the time they are offered the sleeve gastrectomy which is a very short <30 minute laparoscopic surgery, even a full gastric bypass isn’t much longer under anesthesia. The biggest risk is the general anesthesia which is deemed worth the risk for the benefit gained. In knee replacement the risk is in the actual procedure, the longevity of the hardware, and the poor outcome. Knee replacements have a relatively high regret rate (around 25-30%, in comparison hip replacements have around a 5% regret rate because the results are better) which is why they aren’t even offered to normal BMI patients until they a totally crippled by the pain. The standard BMI for a knee replacement is <35!
Wow, she’s now going to lipo her abdomen. In a year she’s going to be absolutely freakish looking.
Guaranteed she’s going to be having a panniculectomy/abdominoplasty rather than just lipo. Lipo won’t make a dent in her pannus with the small amount they can remove safely. I’m sure Scamron can make some more $ by doing lipo on her mons and where the dog ears form though. I wonder of Mr Magical plastic surgeon can manage that one under a twilight sedation, or if he’ll have no choice but to try to get an anaesthetist onboard.
Would the pain be more likely to be a hernia?
She could well have hernias, and they can be very painful, even small ones, but Anna’s not seeing a general surgeon, and neither dermatologists or plastic surgeons (even those who graduated youngest ever in their university), would/should be doing hernia surgery. Hernia repairs also tend to be gate kept by BMI (as well as age), because hernia repairs don’t hold up forever, and don’t hold up at all under the pressure of super morbid obesity.

Maybe they could do it under a spinal block? (I mean, assuming they even make the foot-long needle it'd take...)

That’s still a job for an anesthecist. The placement of the needle into the spine is critical, both for the anaesthesia to work, and to not damage the spinal cord.

I’ve had a foot surgery done under a spinal block, and a lower abdominal one under epidural, both required an anesthecist present throughout the entire procedure.

A very chatty physical therapist once jokingly told me to break a hip if I had to but do anything to avoid a knee replacement. He worked with people who had both and characterized the hip replacement as not too bad to bounce back from, versus the knee replacement, which was really difficult to deal with.

I also once heard a sports psychologist once refer to knees as "the body's prima donnas." Her point was that they get very injured, relatively easily, and that knee injuries are hard to bounce back from.

I think of these two remarks often when I'm reading Anna's thread. I seriously cannot imagine the amount of pain she endures on a daily basis from the hundreds of extra pounds, and I assume that's the pain that she's choosing to call "inflammation." Her doctors are scum-sucking bottom feeders who should be censured for their scammy racket.

I'm not going to post the Pepe Silvia-tier image I just made of those yellow pants, but I swear, they are somehow both inside-out yet also not-inside-out.
The true riddle: why would Anna, ostensible fashion influencer, choose to buy egg yolk colored workout pants with the crotch on the outside and the seams all retarded, then wear them, and film herself "squatting" like a giant fat baby.

200k is only about 11k take home per month. You’d have to be insane to rent a place at 7k. 300k isn't much better i think it would still be about 50% of her income after tax. I mean maybe she doesnt pay her taxes or save anything for retirement but it seems like a tight squeeze with all her other spending on assistants and stuff.

People ITT have speculated she pulls down much more than that but it’s a bit hard for me to fathom with the current state of her sponsorships and content.
If she lives in Texas (I could be mistaken) it’s less than 11k it’s about 6-8k

Wow, she’s now going to lipo her abdomen.
Right, she says that in the latest vid Dr Amron uploaded, at the end (see above).
Allegedly the abdomen is "her last surgery". (X)
I hadn't even listened to it.

He "removed between 10 and 11 liters" (I believe last time it was about the same or 12), and there is a very short "before and after" of one arm in it:

He again posted a short snippet of this video to his stories.

Ilona covered this newest development in another video - and calls out the bullshit.

Those stills of her feet look more like swelling to me, but I don't know. Look at the hump on top of the mid-foot. I got swelling there at the very end of a pregnancy, and it felt HORRIBLE. It felt like the top of my foot was going to split open.

Anna should be very, very concerned if her feet and ankles are showing signs of swelling. Partially impaired blood circulation or lymphedema in her feet would be devastating for her health. She can't afford to be at higher risk for infections in her feet.
there is a very short "before and after" of one arm in it:
Does it look like the before pic shows the arm slightly braced in a lifted position so the fat drapes down more? Then the after shows the arm laying flat? Maybe I'm seeing things

Chikara also pointed out the fat gain in her feet since November. On closer look even how her toes are spreading is different, but sure, no problems with gaining more fat in unusual places!

You can see her knees getting significantly fatter too

Holy shit, her feet look like Amber Lynn's hands. Like somebody added yeast and left them to rise. She needs to punch them down and knead them.

I hired a babysitter once through an agency, and yet she saw fit to tell me, a perfect stranger, all about her liposuction and the aftereffects. This included pulling up her shirt to show that she had regained her sucked out thigh weight on her midriff, which was curiously bulgy. Picture an exploding can of Pillsbury Poppin' Fresh dough.

Now, I'm a lowly Bachelor of Arts in the humanities, so forgive my scientific ignorance, but it looks as if when fat cells are removed, it's easier for your body to store regained fat in already existing cells than it is to manufacture new cells in the usual places, like, say, Anna's thighs. Hence the accumulation of fat in bizarre locations, like Anna's Poppin' Fresh feet. I Call Shenanigans, is that how it works?

Would she still have swelling now? It's a few weeks post operation and I imagine she's on diuretics, having lymphatic drainage massages and her fancy leg contraption to help with swelling.

But as per @maybe a pigeon, I too am curious to hear from @I call shenanigans

She does live in Texas and there is absolutely no way that 200K/year breaks down to a take-home of $72K - $94K. Texas does not have a state income tax.
There are so many other avenues for states to get revenue, that this is not even that meaningful. Nothing against you. At all.

There are sales taxes, property tax (including vehicle, RV, boat, plane, ATV, second home or parcel of land there), which in some states, is not necessarily any sort of luxury), lottery/gaming, hotel, cigarettes, alcohol, professional in business licenses.

They get us coming and going no matter what you believe (edit: or for whom you vote), and they laugh. Oh how they laugh.

You might even get to fund an evil geniuses server farm while he steals all your money and all of your water and electricity, and cackles

Edited because I accidentally erased a very important phrase.

Be that as it may, none of it affects one's take-home pay. That was my point in my reply to Your-Fairy-Wish-Prince. Anna's take-home pay in Texas would be more than it would in states that have state income tax, not less. Federal income tax on an income of $200K is something like 32%, which is high but not high enough to reduce take-home to less than $100K.
