Ralph has been having a lot of technical issues as of late. His PC (5+ year old laptop he pretends is the PC he had 2 years ago) has been overheating and shutting down mid stream, Ralph claims he can fix this by reinstalling Windows.

The reality is that Ralphs technologies are being cooked alive inside his lawyers shed, and no amount of software will ever fix his inability to afford the proper dwellings required for such expensive and delicate grifting instruments. Most likely the reason why Ralph is out and about right now instead of on his hands and knees reinstalling his Operating System is because he's borderline suffocating inside his lawyers woodshed, and is attempting to look for a store of some kind with an AC unit he can rub the remaining 1.5 pairs of breasts over.
