It ocurred in Virginia. Although they did meet up in Vegas on several occasions while Ralph was trying to court the ip2 audience, the rape thing happened while Alice was in Virginia, ostensibly staying with her parents. It sounds like Meigh and Ralph were trying to groom her into a throuple situation and had her over to their house several times.


The relevant portion begins at roughly 12:00 on the local archive of the stream. The most pertinent portions occur in the second clip. It sounds like Amanda was visiting family in New York and Ralph invited Alice over to his house. Alice claimed Ralph was encouraging her to drink to excess and at one point they visited an ABC store (important to note that ABC stores aren't a thing in Nevada, but they're very much a thing in Virigina) to buy her another bottle of Jagermeister. It's assumed the alleged assault took place in Ralph's car while they were in the parking lot, after which time he dumped her off at home and absconded with all of her possessions.

I'm not clear on exactly  when the allrged sexual assault ocurred, but it appears to be some time in Autumn/Winter of 2021. It could probably be nailed down pretty easily by going back and reading posts from that time, but I'm lazy.

ETA that Ralph bragged about assaulting Alice and subsequently claimed that Amanda knew about his intentions and gave her approval. This is the origin of the "pantsu pass" thing.

According to this website, there's no statute of limitations in Virginia for criminal charges regarding sexual assault. If it's a civil case, there's a ten year statute. Alice claims she asked Ralph point blank whether he assaulted her and he admitted that he did, but she didn't say whether it was in writing or not. If she hasn't pressed charges or pursued the issue this far down the road, I doubt she ever will, but if she changes her mind I hope she has all of the receipts.

Yep, I figured this would happen. I bet the Vickers clan is taking legal action against Ralph for the recent shit. They know and can prove that Ralph has an audience online that will harass anyone he posts about. Like I said last week when he posted the court documents, he does this shit out of spite without any thought and that's why he's a convicted revenge pornographer.

Ralph always sucks massive loads in 'da back channels', just look at the tone in his letters to Harry and the judge in MN. I'm sure he's been feeding Fai careless whimpers because he is equal parts cuckolded simp and hognose snake. He will gunt out and once again blame the situation when he was clearly truffle hunting from the start.
