Markets don't like uncertainty, and there's uncertainty over a ww3, whether or not there is one the markets will rise because once that uncertainty is gone then investors and companies will know what to invest in.

Not really. Then people stop buying things. And investing. It's ok to get close to 0% more rise, or for some pockets in the economy to truly deflate of course. But it the overall goes under 0% you have a serious problem. Literally depression and those panics of the late 1800s times.
