I asked some people I know. This guy is apparently known as Rowa, put himself on his own list, and effectively is someone who deserves his own thread. I can't even begin to organize everything about this niglet, too autistic in the disorganized way to manage to pull that off. You should never take anything this guy says seriously, even "lolicons" utterly revile him. This is a psyop to actually try and undermine how serious pedophilia is. It's not real or reliable, and a good portion of the people in this list have no demonstrable pattern of even being lolicons, just degenerate.

Suffice to say after looking into this Rowa guy, I suddenly feel the need to break something.

I took a look at this list, both manually and using a tool.
I would take it with a huge grain of salt. Besides what was talked about the guy who made it here, it seems that there are a lot of people in this list that aren't even NSFW accounts or lolicons at all. My findings:
1. There are lots of bots in the list, a lot of those "art commission" bots too.
2. There's a section where it's just full of Fate/Type-Moon fans. Not NSFW accounts, not lolicons, just fate fans, from most I didn't find a single NSFW post from.
3. Lots of conservative/right-winger accounts who have never reposted any lolicon art, a lot of them not even being weebs at all, it seems.
4. Usual degens/NSFW accounts, some of them who don't (at least not openly) rt lolicon
5. VTubers who also don't seem to be lolicons
6. There are also a lot of people, some of them mentioning in their bios they are minors, who I also didn't find anything NSFW or lolicon related thing from but couldn't lump into a category.

Of course, there are also many actual lolicons listed there. Usually, if their username or bio doesn't give it right away you can scroll through their page a bit and find a RT or post like that. There are some accounts listed who seem to be very openly pedos, I've went ahead and sent a cybertip about the ones I found.

I feel like this was made to harass random people who got thrown into the mix with lolicons. Not sure if it's all true (because most of the allegations are coming from lolicons themselves), but the allegations against the Rowa guy are pretty serious

I'm pretty sure he just set a scraper tool by following/followers list and nothing else, and kept going. That's why there's so many bots and unrelated people there, and probably why his own account is there lmao

Don't get me wrong, there's also lots of lolicons and accounts with weird shit in the mix, but it's very obvious when it's one of those guys

edit: Also adding that known lolicon crusaders or vtubers like ChibiReviews, FallenShadow, ChiseHatoriBan, that Niwwu person, etc are not on the list.

It's likely. You can clearly see him RTing a lot of very explicit loli on the "cunnydayo" account yet trying to pass off as being against it. Sorry, I don't know if I should link/archive it as it's very disgusting shit but it's thousand of images like that, not just one or two.

First, archives man. Second, yeah that's Nero alright. He's a reoccurring character in the thread. One of the biggest Twitter lolicons. He says "based" things though, so he stays under the radar.

As for the conversation, I like how he doesn't acknowledge the elephant in the room that is loli. Which is the biggest thing people take issue with with character age. It's disingenuous and manipulative.
