rule of thumb when looking for court records, always check with the county clerk of the courts (or in some cases city court clerk for large urban areas like NYC and LA) because you'll get more accurate information. places like Spokeo and sites like it tend to list one incident multiple times (instant checkmate will list for each count of something rather than the single court case. so if one case dealt with 4 counts of assault, it'll show 4 records instead of the one court case). They're good for giving a heads up on the possibility of there being records, but again, it's always best to double check through the proper county clerk channels.By the looks of it, the info would belong to him. Mark and Theresa are the names of his parents and he currently lives in Temecula. I've never come across anything that suggests he has a criminal background and I kind of doubt that he would. These could just be minor infractions, like parking tickets, or a mix up as @charmaide suggested.
in this case, Temecula is in Riverside County, CA. And it costs money to search their database. It's charged per search. So to check their entire county wide database for one name, you have to search twice (criminal database is split in 2, and you have to search each one individually, so it uses 2 "name credits".)
