That shit peaked in 2022 or so. Nobody wants to hear about some out of touch 40 year old talking about how sugary drinks is self care. I know it's only a small gig but it's amazing some ad exec at Starbucks decided to give her a single penny for her schilling.

Overall I agree that these surgeries are a disgusting combination of exploitation (although Anna is of course very willing), a giant waste of time, very dangerous on somebody so huge, etc. that said, unless her filters are deceiving me I do think her arm hocks look significantly smaller and I could see how that would increase her QOL significantly - fitting clothes, less fatigue when taking care of basic hygiene eg washing hair, etc. diet would be better but this is the single surgery that I think was impactful. Everything else is a drop in the bucket though.

Chikara also pointed out the fat gain in her feet since November. On closer look even how her toes are spreading is different, but sure, no problems with gaining more fat in unusual places!

Are we sure they aren’t just swollen from being less active? I’m sure she’ll gain weight in all sorts of weird places but the feet also match what really swollen feet look like. For her sake I hope that’s what it is cause permanently fat swollen feet will be hell to live with. She’ll have to get those done too so it can all migrate somewhere else.

Maybe that’s how Scamron keeps making money, their clients are never done because they keep chasing migrating fat and are too delusional to know it’s a losing game. I don’t think it’s physically possible to do but I wonder what would happen if one lipo’ed every part of the body, but then it would go to the organs of course and you can’t lipo those! Then you would die im sure. I’m slippery sloping this, I don’t think there is ever a reasonable chance of this happening in real life just so you know.

Regarding the yellow sweatpants, she does have them on correctly. They have a weird crotch and the way she has them stretched out makes them look inside out. What I find interesting though is it appears that the seat of the pants have a split along side the seam. Not surprising, given what she's doing in them when they are so tight they may as well be painted on.

No front seam or zipper and button on the skirt, meaning she has it turned around and there's not a chance in hell the skirt is zipped or buttoned at all.

I think she is referring to the crotch hole in her compression garment. There is a hole in the crotch so the garment doesn’t need to be removed while toileting. I’m pretty certain this means she is soaking in her own piss all day, however.

Pretty much. The fat will cause existing fat cells to expand until they no longer can. Then she’ll start producing new fat cells. That’s why I’ve said her arms will start to develop two bat wings each, one either side of the scar line where her fat was removed.

Twelve months is the typical time plastic surgeons give for swelling to be over. The first six months being by far the worse. In her feet it may never be fully over because of all the pressure they are under. When you consider how debilitating knee surgeries can be, multiply that for the feet/ankles that do even more work.

Scamron is a dermatologist. He won’t be doing anything remotely like a mommy makeover. All he’s done so far is scam her over liposuction. It’s Magical Man Plastic Surgeon that will need to do her abdomen.

It’s also not a “fake bellybutton “….they just cut around the existing navel and then relocate it higher up after cutting out the excess skin (and in Anna’s case fat). There are lots of times though when they can’t do that, so just leave the patient without one. It doesn’t serve any purpose after birth anyway, other than a lint and mould collector.

The amount he said he removed was not much more than the amount of saline that was pumped in and knowing squat about these specific procedures… I’d the pumped in saline part of the total ‘stuff removed’ count or is it separate?

He "removed between 10 and 11 liters" (I believe last time it was about the same or 12), and there is a very short "before and after" of one arm in it:

If this is true, then he’s including the saline he pumped in. That’s way to much to suck out in a single procedure. 10-11 litres (21-23 pints), is 10/11 kgs or 22-24.4lbs. Most people can manage 9lbs in a single session, definitely not 22-24 lbs, even at her size.
