1. Plays with Legos on stream

2. Promises a pizza party for appropriate behavior (money)

3. Scolds over inappropriate behavior (not enough money or talking about anything other than the game Phail's playing or Phail himself)

4. Takes attendance

Not a children's entertainer.

He really doesn't understand that Google would rather get 10 cents from someone from a poorfag country than get 0 cents because the people from the poorfag country would find paying $5 too expensive. And it's not like they're taking a loss either, like how it's the case with regional pricing with video games, where there was some input and investment needed to produce the videogame, memberships and superchats literally cost nothing to "produce." Their approach to it is quite literally the opposite of socialism. It reminds me of some melty he had years ago when the memberships were first introduced where he literally made it seem like it takes him time and money to produce memberships like they're manufactured physical goods or some shit. If I was the shitty Jesuit biznis skool he went to I'd take his degree away, he makes them seem like they're on the same academic standard of a diploma mill from India.
Lol still find it funny how he said the “fake” Argentinean memberships were free and stealing from him, but he technically get money from it. I don’t get how he passed college
Also, like all boomers, he doesn’t understand socialism. Socialism isn’t buying cheap goods. That’s capitalism. I really believe Phil’s political grift melted what was left of his brain.
Not a children's entertainer.
Children? No. Adults with mental disabilities? Yes

Again, he doesn't seem to understand how LEGO streams go for most people. You turn your brain off and talk with your chat. Not sit there autistically sorting pieces and doing play-by-play instructions like it's a puzzle being solved. Phil NEEDS to sort it out first. I thought he was doing this deliberately to waste time but I honestly think he's stupid as fuck and has to do this so he doesn't look stupid. Then I remembered he had to put what he was eating for dinner on his calendar.

It's just like yellow paint in videogames. It's not enough the bags are labeled anymore, we need to start putting them in seperate tinier bags for philip here.

3 streams to finish a set that a couple lesbians did in under 2 hours.

Not to forget, these days LEGO does indeed sort the parts for specific steps of the Building instructions. For example the manual now states you need bag 1 + 2 for these steps. Early LEGO sets just had bags and you had to look for the parts you needed. And him building in a snail's pace should not be suprising. he is phasing out gayming, he is slow as fuck withthis. he just wants to sit there and be givien Money for that because he thinks he is the MC in his world. And thanks to his whales (Play the Clip Sam) he is coming closer and closer to that Goal. I wonder though what Kick finds so advertisable with Phil's streams. Do they just go by numbers? Do they love him and his streams? Can't be the numbers, I often get streams recommended with 1-10 Viewers (not that it matters I poorly stream myself playing games)

Phil could have easily became one of these guys himself if he didn't stumble into early youtube success. He already had a history of sperging out on the internet about women before twitter even existed. If he didn't have youtube when he lost the only professional job he's ever had, it would've likely been back to retail jobs and his parents house where the incel rage would've continued to grow.

Phil was/is one of these guys. Remember when he said he almost did something "drastic" at school over a girl?

He is a Sperger King with impotent incel rage.

Will that actually have anything to do with streamers? I know it's common to call it "tips" but surely you have to meet some kind of qualifications and can't just arbitrarily call something tips. I know if you make over X amount of dollars on PayPal, you're given an income form when you file, so presumably if that doesn't classify it as tips, it isn't relevant.

I'm pretty sure streamers won't be effected. Streamers don't receive tips just because they call it that. They receive donations. These charity case beggers just don't want to call it what it is.

I assume they go by contributions numbers. If his kick numbers are close to twitch he's likely in the top 10 when it comes to tips per viewers.

I guess the Legos will stay indefinitely unfinished. It's crazy he can't even build Legos like a normal human being.

Oh man I just caught the clip of him whining about YouTubes leftist policy because they feel bad for people with lower valued currency. Such an insane thing to say, especially with the recent big business that kinda bent over backwards to please trump. Big companies don’t have any ideological alignments and or feel bad you retard.

Also the way his voice kinda whimpers out right after at “you dumb fucks” like he’s so genuinely sad about this and thinks it’s a big deal, and you’ll never really hear anything about this abuse beyond his stream, definition of a nothing burger lol

I'll say upfront I know very little about Kick as a streaming platform, but if you are repeatedly featuring DSP Space Gaming on your front page on purpose you are either completely incompetent or in big trouble.
It could just be that they have a staff member who is shitposting by doing it. That seems entirely plausible actually.
They probably read or post on this thread and laugh as normies are subjected to DSP sitting and demanding his fucking tithe while he struggles harder than derish to construct a babies lego set.

Maybe DSP should try with Duplo first.

I think somebody already said it but tips are more about how your base pay works not necessarily what you call your salary. Phil’s income is 1099-K, basically income from a 3rd party payment service. If he was a contractor it would be 1099-NEC. Neither of those are tips though, and both are taxable at the federal and state level (either as income tax in most states or business taxes in states like WA).

The no tax on tips is more about the employer collected tips that are then given to employees (such as the tip left on a credit card transaction). All that changes is this amount is passed through as income but not recorded as taxable (wouldn’t appear on a W2).

Piggy backing on the other comment… Phil you better pay taxes on the $0.04 per membership from Argentina (less YouTube taking $0.01 of course).

Now lets see if that one retard will fill up another page arguing if she is a lesbian or not
Brother, I can't make a claim as to whether she is or isn't a lesbian, I simply am not experience enough.
We need Derish for a problem like this.

  • Agree
Reactions: Smokeski
Hell, being humiliated by a hot woman is actually a fairly common fetish
Derich thread is that way.

What a surprise, an attention whore is rejected outside of the pignosis sessions twice a day, no matter how many credit cards they fraud to try and buy precious shoutouts. I guess Lex isn't amused by the wheelchairs associated with paypigs.

hes gonna have a meltdown when he realizes he still has to pay taxes
"but i call them tips!!!" :story:

Correction: The 10 cents probably don't matter to Google just yet and they very well might be eating a loss from it... it probably costs them more in accounting bullshit on their side than it is worth.
What Google cares about is:
  • Being available on a worldwide basis, such that no competitors can get a meaningful foothold ever
  • Hooking them in as paying customers/active users for the long run - if you get 3 million customers paying 10 cents a month that is $300k, but if you keep them as paying customers and their economy recovers in 2-3 years time to where they're paying 80 cents a month then that is $2.4m.
  • It also lets YouTube do marketing shit in that locale and sell advertising space which makes a lot more money
This is basically the same strategy they used for "free gmail for life" and "free domain emails for life" (which they fagged out on)
