First, because Chinny is so bone idle, that she wouldn't even expend the energy necessary to go to this trouble
Second: The accts they follow are way too obvious. How to be a submissive wife, how to immigrate to Canada, etc. Chantal is not that clever or funny. Obvious troll acct is obvious.
Third: The language used in the tweets is not typical of Chantal. Vocab and syntax wrong.
Fourth: Brand new acct. Chantal has twitter sock acct, she has had it for quite a while, but she just uses it to see what people are saying about her.

She's still eating carbs on carbs and pretending she doesn't know that's terrible for her Beetus. There's not much fiber in potatoes (and its in the skin), and potatoes are still fast-absorbing simple carbs just like rice.

Basmati rice has less GI than normal rice, but it's still a carb that diabetics should only eat in very small quantities. It should also be eaten with non-starchy vegetables to mitigate the blood sugar spike.

She's also still pretending there's a huge difference between "sugar" and simple fast absorbing carbs for an uncontrolled diabetic. She knows that's bullshit. She's talked to many doctors, over years and years, including the English-speaking Kuwaiti one that warned her about rice. She was given the rundown again when she was prescribed injectable insulin.
