I don't think he lost anymore than he already has, but it's safe to assume that if you looked even 10% as fucked up as Chance does, you'd be pretty insecure about your appearance too. I get pissed if I find a spot under my neck that I missed shaving the morning prior. Chance has to realize that his whole body is literally decaying in real time, but has zero interest in doing anything for it. I'm loving this response. The obvious attempts at coping after his Xbox got bricked, his shit quality video (yeah real professional work there) and his health is obviously failing. And the "laughing at the ignorance" line is comical. Only Chance would say that after being tricked into killing his own Xbox for a second time. Despite Marty's death, he's still being messed with.

It's hard to say. Even though it's available in 1080p, the video quality is still awful and it seems to be missing several frames for some reason. Hopefully he uploads a (decent looking) karaoke soon so we can finally get a straight answer.
