I love how he addressed only part of the motion for sanctions that is the least relevant

That's because he already addressed the accusations of lying about witnesses, so he assumes it's moot and he doesn't need to respond again.

Sure, but he's spiraling now. This document is even more unhinged than usual for him. He's probably actually going to do it. Most likely this week, to give the judge a chance to sanction Hardin for a thousand dollars so he won't have to pay his own sanction.

It does make me wonder just how many users visit this thread from Las Vegas, Nevada.
Just y'know, as a thought.
It's highly likely that when Greer signed up he used an easily traceable email address. Null probably knows his account. But he also knows not to divulge that he knows Greer's account.

"Yeah, don't worry about my eager, yet dead witness. Sanction the shit out of me for that, but Hardin definitely violated the SPO based on my OPINION of the FACTS I continue to refuse to read because my pro se time is precious."

Rather than slapping on more insurmountable debt, could the court withdraw his access to ECF and force him to seethe ineffectually through the postal service like Stabby? That would be extremely fucking funny. :story:

>Make assumption about how things work instead of just reading it
>Insist it works the way you think it does, even after being told it doesn't
>I shouldn't be punished for asserting facts based on this faulty assumption, even though I've been told I'm wrong

Top tier legal argument there.

It's been said a few times that Plaintiff thinks that Hardin is his attorney (or at least some neutral party) and is being unethical by advocating for his employer. It sounds insane but the more filings he shits out the more I believe it.
I mean Russ has literally said that's what he thinks. This email was included by Mr Hardin as an exhibit to ECF 196:

When this is all over, I want Josh to interview Hardin on a special MATI episode, and I want to hear how he reacted to this specific email.

I like the way he himself explains why his assertion is wrong. Masterful paralegal skills, very special.

That's odd. On Linkedin, he lists processing his own legal bullshit as a full time job.

In the same filing, Greer insists he both read and did not read the SPO. “Never saw the protective order”. That means you didn’t read it, you faggot.
It's quite an admission, considering the SPO is so easy to find, half the people in this thread have read it.

Though, going by the "opinion" thing, he hasn't read doc 234, either.

AFAIK he was never diagnosed with a mental disability.
There's basically no advantage to actually getting diagnosed (before you're in criminal court) unless you're angling for tardbux or tardwranglers in school. People know this and there's a lot of jockeying around to get diagnosed (if needed) with something "minor" that doesn't trigger other shit later, but still gets you special classes. So not being a diagnosed mental retard doesn't mean you're not actually retarded.
... What else do you express at these pretrial hearings but opinions? If you're expressing a fact, that has to be decided by the jury, right?
Facts can be decided in at least three ways I know of:
  • Both parties agree to it in discovery. E.g., if plaintiff says X was posted, and defendant agrees but 230 allowed it, then X was posted is a fact the Jury isn't supposed to disregard or investigate themselves. (This can result in fun.)
  • Judge lays something out as fact. This is usually for interpretation of the law. Plaintiff may say that because X, you must Y, so if not Y it can't be X. Judge can say that's bullshit, if it's a legal interpretation. They will do this in Jury instruction.
  • Jury decides disputed facts, and (dirty secret) since they can't be punished, they can override the above.
That's why Hardin is being petty, juvenile, unprofessional, etc. and why Null is an asshole for not settling. In his mind, the appeals court says Russel Greer won this lawsuit, and the only thing Hardin is doing is delaying for the sake of delaying.
This is exactly it. He things he got a win that means his win is inevitable, so just settle already!
Now Russ'tard is going to try to sanction Hardin? For what? Defending his clients interests? For Farmers reading the court case documents?
He brought it up as a "don't you sanction me, I'll sanction you" - he STILL doesn't realized that the sanction he received was FROM THE COURT and actually never really involved Hardin at all (because the one thing they asked for, a list of costs, was explicitly ignored).

I really hope the bailiff is ordered to whack his peepee for this SPO sperging continuing at this late date. But for him to tease a motion for sanctions, my goodness, I can't stand it!

For a long time, I thought the highlight of the pre-trial proceedings in this case would be the deposition of Russtard.

But after watching too much MATI and thinking about it, I think the highlight will be Russtard trying to depose Dear Feeder. For all his seething hatred, Dear Feeder always has a calm demeanor and doesn't rise to the bait. Russtard will get absolutely nothing from him but calm and focused hatred and that will drive him completely nuts.

The Judge when ordering monetary sanctions argued those would make up for the time/money wasted so no other sanctions where needed. His boss changed that to just pay an arbitrary amount as punishment. I have the feeling the Judge is waiting to see if the drooler is going to pay up next week, for he has a whole list of new sanctions to order but if money does not work he might decide other sanctions.
