Is there actual proof of that or is that something he said during lex's stream? I would wager he made it up thinking Lex would trust him.
 
Whether he's a young retard or a boomer with a family, just the fact he has that voice and refers to himself in 3rd person as "ya boy, Doody" is irredeemable and he's a pathetic waste of space regardless of anything else.

It's already locked, people just comment on him (or other unrelated(?) accounts) elsewhere, then their posts get moved to his thread by a mod.

Which I'd agree with you, defeats the purpose of locking it, since it gets bumped to the top regardless.

It's like a sealed garbage container, it should have been moved to the depths of the board naturally, but every time a comment is added, it's like a truck taking that container and placing it in front of your house once again.

DSP is an acronym for Direct Support Professional (who are people who support mentally handicaped people) so my guess is a bunch of tard find him by searching for tard handlers.
