Oh shit, that’s uncanny. Got a cat bite in the same location last summer and in spite of immediately washing it, ended up with cellulitis.

Is that not what's happening? She's never liked encouraging feeders, it smashes her delusional self-image as a chubby, pretty gal. She appears to have made peace with it because she needs to feed and is really, really broke along with being on a short leash by Salad (to the extent he's actually able to control her spending, we still don't know if her YT pay gets dumped into his account).
Very bad. Cat teeth are covered in bacteria but the real danger is how deep they go, it's like injecting that shit into the skin.
I won't PL hard but have had several bad bites over the years due to volunteer work, two of them required medical attention, antibiotics mostly. She'll need a tetanus shot if she hasn't had one in the last 10 years, we can safely assume she has not.
One of my bites was visually mild at first but caused my hand to swell up like a balloon, at which point I sought treatment. Early treatment is important. At a minimum you need to wash the bite immediately and watch for swelling. How would she even be able to tell? It already looks like her trotters have cellulitis.
You can lose limbs from cat bites. Infections can travel to your heart. Given the absolute state of her, it could get very bad. She'll probably be fine what with being a cockroach.
Edit: thanks for clipping @boxybum! This fat bitch can't even turn her head to watch the cats body language (it was clearly overstimulated), not that she can read cat body language anyway. Gosh I hope Bastet and Lord Beetus come together to give her the hoof infection she deserves!

Rabies is incredibly rare in Kuwait. But her blood glucose of [Holy Shit!] means she'll have a hell of a time recovering from an infection. She'll keep eating slop when she's licking mayo off her arm stump.
