Trump litterally offered to give Canada full benefits of the united states including millitary protection and open unrestricted trade. That offer is STILL on the table. What are their reasons for even opposing it? Are they even deal breakers? I think they are afraid to list them because it till turn out their reason is actually petty like tuerdeu wanting to stay in power.

Arbitrary means without reason. Capricious being unaccountable. It is the term used in the Administrative Procedures Act which the plaintiffs are using as the cause of action. So to translate, the claim is that the executive order was done without justification, therefore, unlawful.

I really thought that Trump coming back the insane stuff people said he does or will do would not be around, but people are actually crazier this time. The thing that really gets me is the we must have world war 3 now thinking. Also any action by Trump like tariffs are bad, tariffs by others are good. The number of boycots of us goods is funny by people when its on sites like reddit that are American, with people using american phones and pcs. It has been like 6 weeks, I think alot of people that hate Trump must be the happiest they have ever been in their lives as the hate of Trump is cos a cult, like the women that dress in handmaid cosplay for sexual reasons in public. I do like have this time Trump is just going for it and doing what he said he would, it is great.

A lot of people forget that ACB was an 11th hour appointee. She was rushed in right before the 2020 election after Mitch McConnel decided he wasn't going to let a potential Democrat president fill that seat before he could. Trump in his first term was still trying to play ball with the faggot GOP so he approved it since McConnel ruled the party and therefore, Trump's political support

I like how the consensus I've gotten from most Dem voters online is that their party should be acting like even bigger shit-flinging raging autistic chimps. Not telling them to put their big boy pants on, have some dignity, and maybe try a different strategy. Nope. Just double down even harder on the toddler-tier tantrums cause orange man is literally killing us.

The Democratic party is completely cooked from the top on down. You could argue the average Dem voter is even more hopelessly retarded than the mongoloids they've put in office. Insane if this is genuinely the attitude of the majority of Dem voters irl or online.

The problem for them is complex but I think it really boils down to a couple main issues -

1. The old blood are dying out or gone and the new blood are captured radicals and true believers as well as a lot of terminally online retards. They really do think that the Internet is the living breathing pulse of American opinion

And

2. They forget that the loudest, shittiest people make up a lot of what they see on said internet. Twitter at its height still only reflects a fraction of the population, there are tons of bots, foreigners, scammers and more on social media muddying the water, and the loudest retards who have been rejected from irl groups tend to over represent themselves online. The Dems seem to really believe that sites like reddit represent the true mentality of the masses while sites like X are just Dead Internet Theory and hateful conservatard echoes.

In short, they have the issue of believing the internet reflects the majority instead of recognizing it is still mostly the domain of the outliers. Most of the American public does not fall in their little idpol obsessed Internet cliques and a sizeable amount probably couldn't find a website other than google if they tried.

They have nothing else. They lost the election, lost their corporate and government funding, lost their glowie assets, lost their censorship regime, and nobody believes them anymore.

Take note of how they euphemize violence and chimping out as "good trouble". They're still in love with the idea of being 60's radicals, and that they can always count on the media and the National Lawyers Guild to get them off and make it look like they dindu nuffin.

P/L alert: My dad was a union man for over 20 years and was ordered off the job for medical reasons. The "AMAZING" pension he'd been paying into with his union dues for all that time was $150.00 a month when it came time to pay out.
