Arbitrary means without reason. Capricious being unaccountable. It is the term used in the Administrative Procedures Act which the plaintiffs are using as the cause of action. So to translate, the claim is that the executive order was done without justification, therefore, unlawful.
Arbitrary: He had reason, he doesn't believe it is appropriate use of funds.
Capricious: He is the head of the executive. Accountability -- the only accountability -- is if he is acting inappropriate he can be impeached.
He doesn't have to justify his use of the Executive power. Unless of course you're a bunch of lefty parasites who don't believe he's the "real" president.

Hope this has a good resolution that doesn't involve him just telling them to fuck off and if they don't like it, raise an army and stop him.
The president’s new slogan might as well be “We were better off 95 years ago than we are today.”

... Uh... Well... actually...

Tell me, in 1930, did we have pedophiles and homosexuals in state mandated classrooms explaining that they have the right to convince your son to cut off his penis without even telling you they're talking to him about it -- and if you object they'll send the FBI after you?

Anti Trump protesters argument:

1. War should keep on going (Peace = Fascism)
2. Everything he does and say is Fascism
3. Everything he does and say is Nazism
4. Everything he does and say is Dictatorship
5. We need illegals because we dont want to hurt our LatinX citizens feelings since LatinX people are all illegals.
6. We need men in women's sports because they have a right to identify as women
7. Trans and Queer people are more important than LGB
8. Palestine have a right to rape and kill everyone because they hate Jews.
9. Queers for Palestine because Palestinians and us Trans are the same.

Basically, any normal people listen to them for just 1 minute can deduce that these protesters are not good people. and extremely detached from reality.

I sound like a broke record at this point, but the USAID money drying up really fucked these people's operations up. Look at this shit, their stage is a handful of milk crates held together with a bungee cord and a 3x3ft piece of plywood.

Ok the drop from September to date looks bad, but it hasn't entered a precipitous death spiral just yet. You can see it's mostly just waffling if you check the "Month" and "Week" tabs.
This does remind me of something that needs to be said before it happens so that I can point to this post and say its not post-hoc rationalization.

Things -will- get worse before they get better. A lot worse. The dollar -is- going to fall, our allies -will- have strained relations with us, there -will- be rises in prices and the need to tighten the belts of Americans.

Trump's policies are aimed at solving long-term problems that administration after administration was either unwilling to address or actively helped to make worse. The solutions to these problems will be painful in the short-term and in some cases -very much so-. I voted for him knowing this will occur.

What is Israel even missing, equipment wise, that's not American soldiers?
You answered your own question.

Although, that said, sending B-52s over to carpet bomb Raffah would be pretty awesome. Carpet bombing is epic. We don't do enough of it. I wouldn't approve boots on the ground, but I'd get the 🍿 out for that.

The president’s new slogan might as well be “We were better off 95 years ago than we are today.”
But we were.

Well okay, maybe. That would be 1930. Right after crash of '29. But we were definitely better off 75 years ago. Right after WW2.

When you spent 10 years calling everyone you dont like a Nazi or Nazi supporters
you did a great job normalizing the word to such a degree it becomes a white noise

I've been reading about the democrat congresscritter who seethed so hard after Trump's SOTN that he fucking died - Sylvester Turner. The guy seems to have a history of bone cancer, but what's being called the "medical emergency" happened last night while he was on Capitol Hill. It might have been very shortly after the SOTN speech. At first it felt hyperbolic saying that speech killed him, but there's a nonzero chance that it chapped his ass so hard he died from the stress.
