I had similar ticks as Ethan at one point in my life due to stress and anxiety. I don't even have tourette's, but I can only imagine it gets way worse when you feel pressure and stress like this.

I don't think people need to argue that he is doing drugs or taking other forms of medication. I think it's pretty obvious it's just stress.
