He has Tourettes, tics gets 1000x worse when under duress, he's tic'ing really, really, really hard because his mind is racing and he's visibly stressed out. I don't care for Ethan that much and haven't been a fan of h3h3 for almost a decade at this point, but it's very obvious just watching his body language that he's upset and hurt, thus his tourettes is acting up insanely. He's not on drugs or anything else, you can scroll back through the podcast archives for evidence if you so desire, he's had the same tics for as long as he's been making videos and streaming, they're just on full display from the aforementioned stress.

I don't doubt he has tourette's, but I'm also pretty sure that using amphetamines of any kind can easily exacerbate tourette's and its symptoms. I'm not a doctor though so let me do a google search

I dont even know dude, the abstract of the study there that I posted appears that it was made in 1982? Why is something from 1982, 43 years ago, one of the top results for "amphetamines and tourette's"?

And then this study seems to be cited in several other studies, all of which have kinda vague titles that don't indicate on their own whether they established a link or not. Looking a little more into the studies might have helped if it actually mattered and/or I wasn't lazy.

He definitely brought this onto himself, but I think that Ian and Anisa are worse because they defraud people and mislead them while hiding behind charity and progressive politics. If CC3 goes how I think it will, the pair will be irredeemable by comparison.

I just feel that if you are going to be some weirdo progressive, you should at least remember your friends.

I had similar ticks as Ethan at one point in my life due to stress and anxiety. I don't even have tourette's, but I can only imagine it gets way worse when you feel pressure and stress like this.

I don't think people need to argue that he is doing drugs or taking other forms of medication. I think it's pretty obvious it's just stress.

Could just be from an albuterol inhaler for his cold. The coughing seems like he’s actually sick and albuterol triggers fight or flight. That, adderall and how furious and upset he is about losing someone he supported and cared about for so long would cause everything we can see in that video, including the crazy eyes.
