Look, @DarthChaos. I know you are upset by the Wiki article covering SolidMario, but I need you to understand something: The Wiki endeavors to remain truthful. We don't always get it 100% spot on, but it's an information hub first and foremost. Unlike ED, we aggressively go through citations and article data to re-write them as new facts and information comes in, and unlike ED we won't exaggerate for the sake of funny or provide a false link for a gag.

If a citation is incorrect or something is in error, talk to us about it like an adult. State your case, and provide actual facts (and links). A situation has never arisen where someone covered by the Wiki has corrected us about something, provided proof for that correction, and we didn't immediately update the Wiki accordingly. Similarly, a situation has never arisen wherein someone approached us, asked us in a polite manner to please take a given page down, explained why, and didn't at the very least get a redaction.

I bring this up because I see a repeat pattern in your actions, and it's one I've seen before. You go at the Wiki all sound and fury, with full intent to vandalize it and remove data on a specific subject, as if deleting it will make the coverage not happen. That will never work on any wiki. It only encourages more people to cover it, in more detail, and to patrol actively against further vandalism attempts. It is a self-defeating practice, and one that will only hurt Solidmario in the long run.

"But Jaimas!" You say. "The information in that article is highly damning to SolidMario's character." To which I respond: "Yes, it is, but there is an escape clause." I'll get into that in a moment. For now, because it's critical to that escape clause, I need to get into why SolidMario got covered in the first place.

SolidMario has a bizarre fetishization for a cartoon character. By the standards of the people we cover, that's barely even a blip on the radar on this website. We have transgendered coprophages, a woman who beat her son with her own used dildo, and people who will suck cock in Wal-Mart Bathrooms while filming themselves, so in contrast, some dude having erotic fantasies about a cartoon character isn't really worth the Farms' time in and of itself. What pushed SolidMario over was what he did to justify himself. He engaged in massive internet wars and attacked people to try to normalize his behavior and deflect criticism.

That is the shit that got him a thread here.

If he didn't have a history of doing stuff like that, there would have been some laughing over the Bart porn, and the issue would have puttered out. Instead, it was quickly determined that he had a long and proud tradition of utterly losing his shit on various websites over relatively small offenses, making it perfectly clear to all that he had both a thin skin and was prone to chimp-outs, essentially guaranteeing that he was going to be a target for those looking for a spectacle, and what do you know: Not only were they right, but SolidMario immediately obliged their beliefs by finding the thread and skirmishing with the Kiwi Farms.

Your going and deleting stuff on his behalf is only adding fuel to that fire. It's only harming his case.

So let me cut right to brass tax and discuss that escape clause I mentioned. Does SolidMario want to not be covered by us anymore? As explained, he already screwed up by going full-guns against the Farms when he could have quietly addressed things like an adult and nipped the whole thing in the bud, but that doesn't mean the situation is hopeless, either.

If he wants his coverage to stop, it's quite simple:

Every single lolcow covered by the Kiwi Farms has the universal escape clause that, if actually used, is literally guaranteed to stop your coverage on the Farms over the course of several months. It won't undo damage that's already done, especially if you already tried to fight the Farms on the boards or were willing to flail wildly in an attempt to stop the coverage, but if you follow the steps involved, it will result in you not being a profitable lolcow anymore, becoming a better person, and your Wiki article, if applicable, ultimately reflecting this.

The escape clause is self-improvement. Follow the steps below and stick to them, and you'll be free:

1. Stop engaging communities like the Kiwi Farms as enemies. They aren't. The Farms observes and reports, and rarely does anything more than this. Weens will happen as the Farms covers someone, but that's mostly people looking fora spectacle finding you an easy target due to your own actions. Attacking groups like the farms will only harden attitudes and make you more fun to see get taken down a peg. It will only hurt you, and never help you.

2. Admit your mistakes. Apologize to those you have wronged, and mean it. Admit that your shit is kind of fucked up, and own up to it. If it's especially fucked up, seek help. Stop attacking people. This is critical because if you can't do this, you will literally never stop being the subject of ridicule. In this same vein, stop fucking white knighting or trollshielding. It's a mistake.

3. Seek to improve yourself. Get help if you need it, be it professional or medical. Figure out why you feel the way you do, and take control of your life. Stop blaming other people for your problems. Stop trying to fight back on the behalf of people who never will fucking appreciate it. Take control of your issues and seek to master them, so your problems no longer have control over your life. Develop a thicker skin, and try to understand why people react the way they do. Contextualize. Learn to laugh at yourself. If you can't, you're not going to be able to function in life. Most importantly: learn to take criticism.

4. This is a step you only have to do if you're in a Lolcow Cult, but I'm adding it for the sake of completeness. Climb out of the hugbox, get the hell away from it, and never look back. Getting the fuck away from Social Media in general, especially Tumblr and Twitter, is a great step. If you're a Social Justice Warrior and want to improve, ditch the ideology. You will no longer need it and it is more-likely-than-not only using you anyway. The same is true if you're an Incel or gods help you, a member of the Rat King. These people will only make your life worse, and only for their own selfish desires. Leave them behind. This is for your development, not theirs, and you need to do what is best for you.

5. Touch base with people in your life. Family, friends, co-workers. You're going to need a support network while you recover, and it'll help for it to be one that has an interest in keeping you away from the behavior that immediately made you a target, at least in the short-term. As time goes on this will be less-mandatory.

7. Stick to it. Self-improvement is a journey, not a destination. You do it to improve yourself, and you keep at it because you want to keep improving yourself. As you do, you will become a better person, and you will become less and less profitable to go after, especially after it becomes clear that you're not feeding the trolls anymore and you're actively trying to get on with your life like a civilized adult. Find ways to check yourself and keep a balance on you. Rely on friends and family, or even the Farms itself to help keep you on an even keel. Even if you don't necessarily completely abandon cowdom, you can at least be in on the joke, which does a lot to take the wind out of would-be weens' sails.

8. By this point, you are no longer a profitable lolcow. You are improving yourself, owning up to your mistakes, and being an adult. The Kiwi Farms will actually praise you if you get to this point and weren't too much of a prick beforehand; the only thing the Farms celebrates harder than a cow that reforms is when a pedophile goes to jail. Your Wiki article will be cleaned up accordingly and will cover your growth and improvement into a productive member of society, and you will be forevermore remembered as someone who conquered their 'Tism and went on to do something better with their lives. You may still get Weens, but at this point you'll be able to laugh those off.

Sorry for the double post but this is who recently edited the article Guy Incognito, can a mod confirm if he's a Solidmario or Cackyjack sock? cause he's banned and hasn't made a single post on the forum.
