I culture is definitely a big part of things. Just as much as genetics. If I'm not going to meme about it. I've known black people that are perfectly fine people. I've also lived in the hood at certain points. And there are people all around like the ones in the videos.

Part of the problem, is they are raised up thinking being ignorant niggers is normal. And if you don't do that shit, you are a faggot, or an uncle tom. So having likely a population with on average a bit lower IQ. Then culturally shaming people for actually doing well, changing. Trying to improve society, and call out the nigger shit. They really do have bad chances.

The problem I have, is with people that refuse to accept, they do it to themselves. This shit isn't the white man's fault. White people I'm sure would be happy to not have to deal with gangbangers potentially killing people, or stealing. That plus, it being culturally acceptable for fathers to leave their children to grow up in a single parent house hold. And maybe the one thing, that you could say is a white ish thing. Though I disagree, because if you look at what MOST of the black people in government want, it's more welfare, and similar services. But basically those also provide incentive for people to not do better for themselves.

The smartest ones, will tend to actually avoid the gang banging hoodrat shit. And get jobs, and integrate into society. But you still have a giant portion of basically gorillas that chose to take that route. And it's sad they do this to their own people.

If they are considered alien, then any kind of liberal (classical/rightwing or new) will give you basically infinite benefit of the doubt because you simply don't understand their thought process or history or culture. Its also really easy for low IQ retards to take advantage of this because all they have to do is sound hurt and then invoke one of these terms without needing to understand what it implies.

They are in general completely uncompetetive people if they don't have this as a smoke screen to cover for their severe and obvious inadequacies

I've stopped trying to figure out why some blacks are good and some (if not most) are bad. It is nature AND nurture at work. "The Hood" is just the natural endpoint when tribal, lazy, violent, uncivilized people are left to their own devices. Thus, blacks are sucked into the vortex of entropy and allowed to play around to their heart's content.

Good blacks are usually raised in a great area, by loving parents, and they still have screws loose when faced with racial insecurity, taught resentment, and jealousy of the white man. And even if you make friends with a cool black guy, his friends and family will have bad apples that increase your risk of being in a violent crime.

I believe young children and "teenagers" are more reckless than their adult counterparts. It's harder to enforce the justice system onto them since it's lenient because of their age. However, they're as capable of murder and theft under the protection of the law. Most of them are beyond reform.
