The only thing Anna loves more than food is attention and for a lot of fucked up cows even the attention of a hospital or doctor is enough to send them. It is quite the sad display of self destruction or in Anna’s case not at all sad and just wtf you idiot point and laugh.

I think this is really the basis of her munchie arc. Superfat BoPo spectacles are getting less and less attention, which is Anna's #3 (after food and alcohol) addiction. She'll go wherever she has to to obtain it, even if it speeds up her own demise.

Good Lord. I was so l appalled by her jiggling fat, it took a bit to become aware that she’s doing this shit at a medical office or clinic.

I don’t think she can spell ‘dignity’, forget embodying it!

At this point, I wonder how she sees herself and separately, how she thinks her audience sees her?

I can’t imagine her audience takes her seriously at all. She’s too much much a: “Look at me! Pick me!” type.

Honestly, adjusting for age, we strive to teach children when it’s appropriate to be unobtrusive. If anyone ever tried to teach her socially appropriate behaviour, it didn’t take.

As ridiculous as she comes across now, she’s going to act and look certifiable before another decade passes.

If she wasn't such an asexual virgin we'd assume that this was feeder/humiliation/fetish content advertising her OF. But for Anna this is somehow not just okay to do, but also to film it and show it to the world. It's breathtakingly embarrassing.

I'd also love to know the split on her audience - genuine followers vs snark vs fetish. The majority of positive comments/updoots must be from bots, surely?

What a terrible day to have eyes. Her body has hit the wall. Gravity has caught up with her, her leg fat is melting down to her toes, and now I see more of why she's so desperate to have surgeries. Imagine looking in the mirror and seeing this and having a doctor promising that they can help fix what you did to your body. Of course she jumped all over that without a thought to long-term viability. She thinks she will look human if she does enough surgery. That ship sailed before she was old enough to drink. Jesus, Anna, use some money and buy some shame.

The effort even the doctor puts into this podcast is trash tier. LOLcow pod has better production values. Anna is apparently in front of a closet, the doctor is apparently in front of a porn rug and the guest looks like she just left the nutter house.

But somehow her body is even more fucked. At least ALR was a human-ish blob. She's super fucking fat but you can tell she's a woman. Anna has cartoonishly wild proportions, a mannish face and now more lumps than a coal factory.

I can tell you that I have hardware in my mid foot, and have pain/swelling from it every day since it was put in 8 years ago. Would I have that surgery again…yes, because I can weight bear on it again which means I can walk…admittedly not more than a few hundred yards, but it’s better than nothing.

Sure does. That’s why procedures like abdominoplasty, brachioplasty, lipo etc are not recommended unless weight stable for 12 months after significant weightloss. In Anna’s case her weight is pretty stable, so given it’s not about weightloss, maybe that’s why Dr Scamron is happy to proceed with it. Then again it might just be because he’s a scammer.

Makes you wonder if they knew what they were getting when they sponsored her. They must think she’s a lunatic, but now just have to run with it. Guaranteed the staff there are laughing at her, and not with her. She makes that practice look completely unprofessional. Normal people in pre-op just put their gown on and sit or lie down with a book or play games on their phone. Anna, on the other hand, can’t occupy herself , she needs to draw attention so she’s not alone with her real feelings. I’m certain that she’s miserable whenever she’s not trying to entertain someone else by playing the fool.
