This indicates that it's probably an issue with Chance's computer, and not a DDOS attack.

Chance's PC is surely full of malware, his choice of browser is a dead giveaway that he's not much tech savvy and prone to install any shit on his computer. He probably downloaded this demo in some sketchy site
 
in the very first stream cyraxx says "insufficient storage my ass". Then there's two error messages in the last stream and the latter message references OBS. I would imagine it's a combination of some issues with the game install and his potato computer trying to juggle that with OBS.

I see it now. It's indeed a legit demo from MS store, but the idiot is trying to run the game without enough storage. Not to mention a shitload of stuff running at the same time, video capture is demanding as well as the game.

His rig can't handle all that
 
If he pirates anything, he probably doesn't do it intelligently, and thus is more than likely completely infested with malware.

What are the odds it's also a real storage problem, too? Like, he's saved every stream he's ever done, and he's got gigs upon gigs of stream files?
