I wonder if this is a result of DSP just being dehydrated? I can see the fat retard being one of those mongoloids who never drink a glass of water, just gin and soda.

Maybe but there is also no way he walks more than a few hundreds steps per day and does no other physical activity whatsoever and has done so for way over 6 or 7 years at this point.

I knew someone who was put in an induced coma for a while and when they came out their muscles were not so different to DSPs simply from lack of use.

In short: he definitely gets almost zero physical activity, he is most probably dehydrated, he probably has severe mineral/vitamin deficiencies based off of his diet and likely high alcohol consumption. He body is not in anything close to even a "decent" state.

I seem to recall several people here noticing that his eyes and mood severely lit up when he played gambling minigames in one of the Yakuza games.

With the way he talks to his dents and lies and stuff it's basically like he's gambling or playing poker already. Some people say he gets a thrill or pleasure out of lying but perhaps the whole streaming thing is just like gambling to him. Which would actually make a lot of sense and probably why he has a smugsydephil peak when he wins a lot of tips and subs and then a downturn not long after.

It’s Most likely alcoholic myopathy. I had that bad for a couple years. Felt like my calf’s would snap in half anytime I move wrong. Doc said eventually it becomes irreversible and the muscle just completely deteriorates
