Thoughts on Déjà Vu - Random occurrence, or past experience ?

What are the real reasons behind the phenomena déjà vu? How does the human mind allow such odd things to happen to it that sometimes literally leave us feeling like we have crossed this path before. Are we continuously living life after life to take different paths so have the outcome? What are your opinions?
A gave you a neutral rating, you need to explain your topics more and provide evidence. As for deja vu, it's rather difficult to say. There have actually been some reported cases of people spontaneously predicting the future for just one time in their life, and then, it stops. People in the physics realm claim that this could be because of string theory and multiple dimensions. We could be witnessing future memories just because the emotional reaction to some events may be strong enough to pop subatomic particles from our mirror self's brain into our own brain. It all has to do with stuff like "the observer effect" and dead cats in boxes, or some jazz like that.
On the other hand, there is strong evidence to prove that Deja Vu is a chemical imbalance, but it does not completely rule out a message from another universe. It just means that some people's brain chemistry could be off, and as a result, they are receiving stray transmissions of things that might or might not happen in our universe. Or, these people just need to be on psychotropic medications or deal with brain damage.

I don't think DeJa Vu is paranormal. I think our brains make millions upon millions of small connections every day. Think of how many little details your brain picks up on, but just stores them "just in case" you ever need them. I think, when you're experiencing DeJa Vu, it's just your brain being triggered by a small detail (a sight, sound, taste, small) and that instantaneous trigger pulls any number of details from your brain to try and create a memory or a foundation that makes it make sense. I have DeJa Vu frequently and I've noticed that my moments of DeJa Vu are almost always connected to a strong emotion. I also think that we dream and all those dreams file themselves away in our subconscious. It wouldn't surprise me if DeJa Vu was just your brain locking in on a dream memory regarding similar circumstances. But, wtf do I know?

Whenever I experience DeJa Vu, I remember seeing it in my dreams. Sometimes these can be from years ago.

There have been times where I've been well aware of when I'm about to have a DeJa Vu moment and act accordingly, scared I'll change the course of future events if I choose differently.

It's really bizarre.

This is the really awkward thing about deja vu, it's not just feeling that you're experiencing something again but the vague feeling of always being aware of it. There was one very specific conversation my family had in a cousin's car I imagined/dreamed in my childhood but didn't materialize until I was a teen.

There is a very mundane explanation to deja vu, and it has to do with how our brain is wired:

Hmm...I wouldn't call that an explanation, it's more so a theory.
"That may be Deju Vu"
This is why scientists argue about it, there are multiple explanations, and everyone seems to experience it differently.

Do nothing then?

I also remeber seeing my Deja Vu experiences in my dreams, but for me it's like remembering like 'oh shit this is gonna happen now' and sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. No idea why though.

It happened to me before.
One time i remember the best was when i going to school everyone was standing in the same place just like in my dream and the one guy i was talking with even said the same things he said in my dreams.
Really freaked me out
