There's a fine difference between going "hehe, I like clowns" or fetishizing clowny art and actually being into clowning, circuses, learning performances and how they run, etc.

Like a tranny can say they're a woman without understanding what a woman is, you use the word clown without knowing what a clown does. It's much more than silly suits and slapstick.

Their logic is probably, "I only get one body, so I may as well customize it as I like!" This is likely the same logic driving everyone to get nasty tattoos nowadays. People don't seem to understand the concept of 'permanent' anymore.

I admire your optimism but (clowning is terrible and horrible and sucks) the damage has already been waaaaaaaay done. The final nail in the coffin for clowns having any chance of being arguably anything other than creepy, was struck down in the 70s.

Maybe after all this madness is over, all the TIFs can join a massive, all-bearded-lady circus.
They seem like the same sort of people to get into lame circus skills. Goes hand in hand with ukulele and polyamory tbh.

Fast forward to after work later, she texts me asking if I want to come over. I tell her that my mental health isn't the best and if she is going to start bringing up politics I can't do it for the night and that we can resume in the morning. She then starts getting mad and tells me that because I'm her partner I have to be there for her (implying that I don't do it for her every other time) and that the boundary doesnt make sense. I tell her I am going to bed and I do not wish to resume the conversation until we both cool off. She implies that I need more meds because I don't want politics for one day as I am bipolar as if that contributes 🤷‍♂️

In the morning I told her I was tired and stressed so I wasn't up to it, and told her that pushing my boundaries wasn't right. She then says that I am a sympathizer for conservatives (implying they're all nazis) and that I support them. She then tells me it's either hating all conservatives or the relationship. I honestly fear something might happen to me in my sleep or she may snap honestly, the night prior scared me.

I am living in the twilight zone or something dawg bc this shit ain't making sense 😭 she gets pissed and I'm the bad guy because I put up a boundary for one day? I feel like im not the asshole in this. What do I do? I legit am fearful to an extent as she has extreme black and white thinking. I always validate her but the one time I don't I'm awful. Any feedback is welcomed.

I figured. Troon carries a dagger, wishes death for conservatives, and weirds out his boyfriend. Meanwhile, just as he said in his post, he willfully ignored boundaries.

This is not surprising in any way given how much trannies have been trying to push their way into younger and younger circles. Even the friendliest of allies is going to hesitate to buy toddler books about sea horse dads or "Unlike other girls, Tammy liked playing in the mud, like the boys. Nevermind the stuff aimed at teens, like Erika Moen's "Let's Talk About It" or Maia Kobabe's "Gender Queer", which include things like "you should pay for your porn", "it's okay to send nudes so long as you crop your face out" and a detailed masturbation schedule. These are books that these childless basketcases have cried to allow in schools "for the queer kids".

No they aren't. They clap like seals as sex offenders in dresses wrestle with their kids at school when they were supposed to be having books read to them. These people can't comprehend that something they think is good might actually be nefarious. They have the correct opinions. They support the correct things. They are on the right side of history.

It's black and white thinking. There are only oppressors and the oppressed. You better be helping the oppressed because otherwise you are an oppressor. There is no room for nuance or questioning. You march lock step or you are cast out. Teaching your young child the correct way of thinking at as young of an age as possible is a wonderful thing!

Freakshows in the early 20th Century were sometimes the only places "freaks" could find stable employment, they were outcasts and ostracized by society and the Sideshow was like family where they all looked out for each other.
PT Barnum went into business with one of his performers, a Dwarf called Charles Stratton, who performed as General Tom Thumb, https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Tom_Thumb
and Barnum made sure he invested his money so cleverly that Stratton was a rich man when he died.
Sideshows weren't the horrific places that exploited the unfortunate that most people think.
Todd Brownings movie Freaks used real sideshow Freaks, it's a fascinating time capsule into a way of life that has been lost to time.

God damnit it. God fucking damn it, the ONE thing I asked for. You can't even tell the sex of someone in proper full clown or jester gear, it's the one thing where you can convincibly be anything. You can even be a man passing as a "woman" with proper makeup and proper clothing.

It's like drag but you remove any concept of gender. You're not being anything but a character, you don't need to troon it up. You already have a perfect gateway.

It should also be noted that, unlike the movie, Joseph Merrick (the Elephant Man) enjoyed his time at the freakshow. He decided to do that after failing as a salesman and growing more disabled, and then he found out other people in similar circumstances and made money hand over fist. He was ready to go on a grand tour when self-righteous people starting poo-pooing the freakshow and he wound up hospitalized for the rest of his life, relying on charity and no longer being in control of who could visit him and when because the doctor was all too eager to show him off.

Joseph lost control at that point, but I don't think he hated the hospital. It just wasn't the money-maker or community he'd found at the freakshow, and it couldn't help his deformities to boot.

That being said, troons are freaks, and not the cool, business-savvy kind.
