I wonder if duckman sent DSP a DM asking some questions or for an interview and so knew the video was going to drop which is why he dropped the sad news bullshit in the prestream today

The way Phil talks about his life and "terrible things behind the scenes", I'd say there's a bad damn good chance that was what Phil was referring to. To Phil, there's nothing terrible that could happen that's worse than being mocked on the Internet.

I do ask myself what I could be doing that is more productive than this spectacle that so many people follow. I think anyone with common sense has long realized that DSP is irredeemable at this point and short of all his main paypigs getting bored then this will continue until one of the long term plots surfaces (health, sanity, house maintenance shit or something else) and it's not gonna be an entertaining story to follow when that happens.

It's possible but I watched the video and didn't get any indication or feeling that he messaged DSP or asked for an interview.

Yeah it’s actually kind of amazing that he found a moment that the tractors hadn’t featured (to my knowledge). I think the entire video was from a single stream and he barely even cut…very well done. Absolutely scathing.
