Regarding the interview stuff, and I admit this might be an overly simplistic take, but I find a lot of the enjoyment just comes from Phil's hermit ass self having real conversations with someone. I don't know if we've ever really had anything particularly insightful from the interviews because Phil just cycles through all the usual lies. Sure, we've gotten a few memes about it, like him taking 2 hours to plan his shopping list or whatever, but to me, that's part of oddity of him trying to have a conversation with someone. I never expect any big revelations, or Phil to suddenly own up to all his faults/lies, but I know Phil is going to say something stupid and probably a bunch of weird things that I'd never fathom another human saying.

Honestly, a stream where Phil confesses about all his lies would probably be pretty boring. The only entertaining thing is that, during his next prestream he'd probably try and retcon his admissions. I think we all know the "truths" about Phil. Hell, I think even most of his dents know them. Even Jayde would probably say "yeah, duh" if DPS admitted to Champions. Well, okay, it's Jayde so he'd probably say "dux vvisits da zoooh" but that probably translates to something similar.

I saw a post during the Steve Cambian interview that the confrontation-style content are a bit overdone at this point and the real gold dust from that interview was Phil being very uncomfortable with Steve pointing out his autistic traits. Any future interview-style stream should be about shit that he doesn't immediately recognize is not how normal people do shit.

Spotted August the Duck made a video on DSP to moralfag on the whole "Turning down Nigerian donations" thing and grandstand how hard it is for a Nigerian person to make the money they donated, when it's clearly fucking obvious it's another troll donation meant to insight and upset Phil for begging for donos to start playing games. It's such a bad take on the situation from a dude who claims to be pretty "clued up" on DSP and his lore, like I'm not that well in touch with DSP (I've only really paid close attention to him and his story in the past 2/3 months) and I know people have purposefully done bogus donos from third world countries to fuck with him. Also let's be real, it's definitely beating the long buried skeleton of a horse to go "DSP BAD CUZ HE BEG FOR DONO"

TBH he has gone downhill since then yes, he's kind of been chasing trends and flip flopping a little bit (Will say though, his series of tasting pink sauce ladies shit was pretty funny and a great idea, should've kept getting lolcow products and doing them). The donations are real, thus, not 'bogus.' The country of origin is irrelevant and since the donation is real, can't fuck with him since he gets the change thrown at his feet when he begs.
