I choose to believe this is Hardin throwing some shade at the court for allowing the retard to smear shit all over their walls with little to no consequences.

But it always makes me nervous when his prose begins to get florid and sarcastic. It's great entertainment for us, but I recall the judge in the Melinda case not finding things funny as the electronic record continued to grow and grow and grow (as usual it was largely the judge's own fault for refusing to act, but whatevs).
I wouldn't call it sarcastic. Hardin's right: Greer's story changed from "My witness is ready, willing, and able!" to "I can't get in touch with my witness because we had a falling out!" to "Turns out my star witness is dead!" And this is on top of Greer not understanding deposition and witness tampering. It's maddening. Hardin's responses provide a much-needed comic relief. Besides, given how the court has gone to bat for Greer, Hardin has to respond to every little thing Greer finds, lest the court seize upon that to rule against Josh.

Hardin obviously had fun with this filing:

Ideally, a response would narrowly frame the issue to make it easy for the judge to ignore Greer's rambling motion and deny it for the reasons Hardin stated. But a short motion like that often takes more time to write than a long one.

Audio-only archive of @Potentially Criminal's latest stream. Video archive pending. Note that the stream ran for over 4.5 hours, so I had to break the audio up into 2 chunks to get it uploaded (and I'll need to break the video up into several chunks for the same reason, unless someone with a better Internet connection beats me to it).

Part 1 (first 2 hours)

Part 2 (last 2.5 hours)

ARGH, can't somebody please hire a proofreader for Hardin?

There are two defendants in the case (Jersh and Lolcow LLC). " _s' " is the correct way to write the possessive form for words ending in "s"; One defendant's, two defendants'. Most commonly occurs for plurals, but also applies to singular nouns which end in s (Russ', Skordas', the class', etc.)

I am dumbass who cannot grasp context.
