We were talking about this in Gunt Chat - Ade and Faith both said he didn't really eat, he only consumed calories through alcohol and soda (previous thread calculated the calories from alcohol alone, it was at least 3000 iirc). Now he only seems to have one torta a day, at most. Leading into another theory:

I didn't know that about ozempic but that makes sense. Cheap Mexican semaglutides could be the answer to the rapid weight loss and may have been his actual "rehab" - some cheap "clinic" sold him a bed for 2 weeks while they gave him off-brand ozempic to satisfy the cravings, make sure doesn't go into a coma, call "nan wan wan" if he does.

The lesbian-grandma look could be result of semaglutide usage, i.e. "Ozempic Face" which is an actual noted condition which leaves people looking more saggy and draugr-like than even "normal" fast weight loss.

I don't think he can afford piggy-plastic-surgery, he's going to have to tie his loose skin behind his head using clothing pegs like that woman in the film Brazil.

Long-term Xanax abuse and liver failure can both lead to rapid weight loss as well. Really, with Ralph I expect any cessation of eating is more because of that/he's so perma-sauced he just forgets meals all the time.

Yeah, I think it's just his body slowly dying from years of substance abuse. Alcoholism damages your entire digestive tract and most alcoholics will become skinny at some point because their intestines are so damaged they literally cannot process food and absorb nutrients anymore. Add to that him being broke and prioritizing booze/pills over food and you get a skinny kween.

The fact that he's got the double deflated titty drape on his right side but not his left (aka where his liver is) in the shirtless photos above is also a classic sign of advanced alcoholism.
