I know I'm probably not the first person to see the hilarity in Ralph calling anyone (especially someone who is probably bellow overweight on the BMI chart) a "fat cow", when that is literally what he was (thanks Ozempic!). If it weren't for chemicals this man would still be 300 pounds and still be a fat cow, oh well, now he's just a cow.
