General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

Seems like V&U is trying to do a Hololive and Spectra doesn't agree with change in direction. Understandable, she was the posh Stardew Valley and tea review/book review vtuber, she's not the kind who does dancing and mocap.

edit: she said she is getting 100% of the revenue from her graduation stream, which is good. Don't know if the caveat is just that stream or the next three weeks, but it's better than that shitty threat Alien Mixture had when she left.

This has got to be related to her sperg out previously about the joke about her fan base on that collab stream right? I wonder what kind of drama has been going on behind the scenes that would lead to this.

This is where Fishman truly earns his paycheck, by tard wrangling and attempting to keep these emotionally unstable women from completely imploding and causing permanent damage via drama/infighting with other talents.

If so, that's absolutely crazy; I've never watched her before (though I did see the clip you're talking about). It was such a mild comment! How neurotic can someone be to get upset by that, outside of like a Seinfeld character

I never pay attention to any vtuber chats because I assume 99% of the people using and spamming chat are cringe/retarded.

What exactly does Pippa’s chat do that others don’t? Make crude racist jokes and say “based” when something racist/misogynist happens or is said?

On the refugee site the users say she was spiraling before the fagknights incident, so at worst it may have been one of the straws on the camel's back but not the one that broke it.

id say that happens on other Phase girls channels as well, to a lesser extent, Lumi for example once told a commie in chat to fuck off, I would say Phase is generally more edgy then Hololive, but yeah Pippa id say does the heavy lifting for the reputation Phase gets. regardless at the end of the day it doesn't really matter because Chuds are going to watch whatever Vtubers they want and will conform to whatever chat culture that Vtuber has

Acknowledging trolling or "calling it out" as undesirable is choosing to feed into the behavior you are trying to dissuade.

Once you hit 4 view I don't bother chatting. I may emote, but that's it, there is almost no discussion to be had with the streamer, or even other chatters. It's just a non stop scrolling wall of text, and most of it is slop. Same old tired in jokes, just react messages, etc.

Might as well watch the vod at the point.

From what I've seen yes she leans left. There were some pro transgender stuff on her PL. No wonder she and Clara seem to get along so well to off collab. Also happy to see some sign of life from Hina. Hope her and her family are doing well.
