I found a post on Reddit about Korean prisons for foreigners. He will likely go to one of these places.

I only have one article to base this off as a lot of references to the foreigner jail have been scrubbed from the Internet as Koreans (rightly) get quite upset when they hear about foreigners getting special treatment. Some apparently even deliberately took photos from the Open Prison, claiming it to be the foreigners prison. Somali may end up here if for example, he only eats Halal as providing appropriate meals was one of the functions of this prison.

Given I don't want to go to prison even in Norway and Korea is not Norway, we can assume that whichever prison he goes to, he won't enjoy it.

He would just have to go to the joint security area, there are a couple guards and I assume they have people watching from the other direction to prevent people from causing diplomatic headaches. But that soldier Travis King, who was also a piece of shit trying to avoid prosecution, defected to NK in 2023 by just taking a bus to the JSA and running across. NK held him for like a year before sending him back.

The process is the punishment. He can't leave Korea and he can't legally earn money, but is still streaming. He lied to the court about being a student and I'm sure the judge has been made aware of these things. The Korean public knows who he is and they hate him. Playing the dumb American tourist is not working, he's just stacking up charges now.

He is flat broke and reliant on Hank's charity. He turned up at court wearing one of Hank's suits which was several sizes too big and is hiding in Hank's apartment.
