For him calling everyone a retard who questions the shadow banning, I never saw him posting any proof of it, something that should be very easy to do. He's just coping that people don't watch him. I assume you mean The Year The Slop FLOPPED. It currently has 148k views, it didn't get shadow banned, like any other of his videos. Just more cope from him. I expect the same cope with KCD2. Other people would wish to be "shadow banned" with having his views.

The only way to find out is to force him to play Fallout 1 on stream. It is a very short game, he could finish it in one stream if he wants to.
I know that he mentioned old lore when fallout show came out. Also fallout 1 is really easy, I didn't even do most content and I was at the fucking cathedral already. F2 has much more shit to do in comparison. (but main quest is more linear)
From what I know he only plays AAA slop because he's a normalfag consoooomer. He played Dread Delusion, it's a tranny Morrowind.
