Correct, however it is worth keeping in mind that the US can revoke citizenship and lawful resident status, and start removal proceedings when it determines that citizenship was obtained through fraud or misrepresentation.
When applying for a visas and resident status, an applicant has to indicate whether they are admissible and eligible to receive a visa. If an applicant “endorses or espouses terrorist activity or persuades others to endorse or espouse terrorist activity or support a terrorist organization” then they are ineligible. If they lie about this, they are committing immigration fraud/misrepresentation, and can have their benefit revoked. Trump is just enforcing existing laws.
Speaking of immigration, last week USCIS dropped a new form edition of I-485 Adjustment of Status/Application for Permanent Residence. The difference I have found in the new form is that “gender” was changed to “sex” and the option of “other gender identity” was eliminated, leaving male and female. Also “foreign national” was changed to “alien.”

How on earth can of all people, a district judge, tell the executive branch of the federal government what it can do with regard to foreign aid? It would be one thing if we were talking about the federal government spying on people but foreign aid? Get the hell out of here.

What next? Are judges going to tell the President how he can equip the US Army?

Erick Erickson hit the nail on the head in his show today. These things work in cycles, gotta get ahead of it and make sure that the craziest parts of the left are the ones amplified and pushed to the top of everyone's feeds. When median voters in 2026 think "alternative to Trump/GOP" and they see Tesla Dealerships getting bombed, Jewish students being attacked and harassed, Sanders and AOC pushing whatever trans / market distorting paternalism is in that day, etc they're gonna pick the GOP even if their 401k is shot (temporarily or not)

These people are angering me because this is going to lead to some massive shake up of how judges work, and as a result something in the legal system will be fucked.
Like, I hate them all and I want each and every one of these judges to lose everything, but this will 100% ruin something for everybody. Why can’t they just swallow their partisan ass egos and focus on trying to process real lawsuits in a speed that’s faster than 7 years
