If you take a look at the Queer Sports Project's Instagram, they interestingly have creator spotlights for a whole bunch of creators in the anthology... but not for Billy?

I think they're well-aware of his "controversial" reputation, so they're wisely choosing not to advertise his participation too much.
He's definitely still in the anthology though, as seen on their Kickstarter:

I also think it's ironic if you compare Billy's hockey book with the new anthology. The anthology is clearly a much more complex & impressive project, and yet they're only asking for $26k. Meanwhile, Billy raised $40k for his project and has nothing to show for it.
