well Germany was being militarized not mobilized during the 30s, only mobilized middle of the war, like didn’t went into a proper war economy until 1943, which was pretty late then , if Hitler wanted to take over europe from the get go he would’ve militarized even more

Don't forget the very small amount of trained pilots and mechanics and spare parts for now 5+ different fighter jets, having to use mostly Soviet based radio and navigation systems, etc.

Germans had actually the numbers of jet fighters built in late war to challenge the allies, but they couldn't fly them all at once because they didn't had the fuels, parts or trained mechanics or pilots anymore.

Not to mention real life isn't Ace Combat. One pilot/jet isn't going to change the outcome of a war.

Just transplant this onto the Battle of Moscow and you have a near-total collapse of the East. There was this documentary I watched a year ago, forgot the name now but it was made in the 90's and it interviewed some Eastern front veterans both Russian and German, especially one NKVD officer who was present during the battle of Moscow and another Red Army soldier who was captured at (I think?) Smolensk, essentially the starting phase of the war. The way they describe how piss poor Russian morale was by the time of Moscow really sealed it in for me that had the Germans at least reached the Kremlin the entire Eastern front would've collapsed.

Also, it's important to remember that many of those tanks, which required considerable experience to operate, were actually being driven by newly recruited teenagers. Like imagine trying to drive a manual perfectly as a teenager who probably only learned to drive the past few months.
