I'm almost certain the 'personal stuff going on' is taxes, this is consistent with @neger psykolog 's posts showing him taking several days off around tax time and stating such on Twitter in the past.

Guys its taxes and his HOA; apologies this will be a long post

Taxes front—I will strike this first, so Phil is basically cut off from adding his current year's back taxes to his current back-dated amount. I am pretty sure he goes through as self-employed, but he only gets some benefits. However, there is an element that makes me not believe this as he has to submit an SPL (Statement of profit and loss). Which his accountant must do because it explains why he needs an accountant.

His accountant must be pissed at him because of a few things, he chucks Paypal receipts at him OR conceals that income and the accountant is asking for evidence other than a Youtube 1040. He is then trying to claim everything as expenses I have worked with niggas like this and his accountant is saying no, he can only claim up to $5000 btw. His accountant is saying to him that he needs to pay this in full and he is not having it.

If he needs to lump sum pay it minus expenses is looking at 14k minimum and they will put penalties on it too. If he fails to pay at the set date, they will line him up for an audit and the WA branch are pretty nasty they fucked Onision good. He did the same thing and claimed expenses on everything and they fined him everything for years. Remember too with his back-dated taxes interest is accrued too.

HOA

His HOA is asking for inspection and repairs now, he is due a few major repairs roof replacement, and pipe replacement. If they find considerable damage in the home they will sue Phil and seek to end the mortgage and they will claw back the meager amount he has paid. With Wahkhando he is beyond fucked HOAs are nasty when you piss them off and remember he has had roof damage for 10 years, he has 2 broken bathrooms and toilets.

Not quite. Depending on your level of drinking there is a point where you need a certain level of booze to resume basic levels of functionality. Serious alcoholics tend to sink into a brain fog or depressive lethargy before they start drinking again. A lot of the extreme drinkers I've met will eat bananas and chug monster energy to lay over the perma hangover state due to B12 and Potassium deficiencies caused by drinking as well as dehydration, humans are incredibly resilient so even people with crippling alcoholism acquire an impressive tolerance yet still can't fight off the accumulated damage to their system

I will add to this that no one even knows if DSP is really still a hardcore drinker. The totally fake bank leaks do paint a certain picture though. Some people argue that he is drunk during his streams but I don't think that is the case (or at least it isn't commonly the case)

Funnily enough I stopped drinking a while back and was playing tetris (lol) on the Playstation with someone who was a fairly regular drinker. They noticed that I was playing the game pretty well and that they weren't able to (they were sober at that point because it was daytime) and they decided to take a break from drinking based on it.

I only mention this as his general ineptitude could be explained by alcohol and by that I'm not implying DSP is drunk 24/7 but rather if he drinks every night, then the next day he'll get brain fog and other things that impact his mental clarity. It's personally one of the main reasons (among many others) that I stopped drinking, because you basically "lose" at least 2 days afterwards as your body and mind readjust, and if someone is drinking fairly regularly then their brain will be a bit mush. I think that is certainly the case with DSP and why he is so confused/clumsy when it comes to games and other stuff.

The taxes are due at one point and I would wager his tax guy is more then rattle by all the expenses DSP is adding this year. I mean think about it: usually it might be one console or so and now suddenly we get 2 new Pc's, a shit ton of peripherals, microtransactions out of the vazooo (though who knows I still suspect he claimed his pre WWEc acknolwedged microtransactions over the years) and what else. If i were the tax guy I would get suspicious because it's not only my client on the line but myself as well.

and if Phil's stories about the status of his condo are remotely true I can see the HOA getting mad at him. not to mention if the walls that separate units get moldy and seep into the neighbours home it might even be worse. I think this is most likely the case. I bet he drinks every night, probably around the same time, and probably a similar amount. But not 24/7 drunk. I had a friend who drank a fifth of Captain Morgan every night. He always started around the same time after dinner, like 8 pm or so. And he would drink and play video games until about 3 am, eat a meal and go to bed. He would wake up around 10 am and do the same thing all over again. But if you didn't know him, you wouldn't really know he was an alcoholic outside of the belly and bloat. People can do this for years, but it will eventually catch up to them. He would need to go over 24 hours before you would start seeing the shakes.
