There's an entire furry circlejerk cabal surrounding him
I had no idea this entire time. I just post.
This is working as intended for them. Judiciary capture is basically how a lot of leftie groups work.
Yes, they love capturing the judiciary, enforcement boards, DAs, etc, because all those nice rulesmaking bodies allow them to do so much all while side stepping the actual political process. One of my favorite ways that they use this combination is with something called a consent decree, have you heard of these?
Its a glow-op or illicit cooperation between two entities that should be opposed working together to accomplish something they normally can't do themselves. This is in the form of a 'consent decree' , which is a legal settlement that shapes policy/budgeting without going through the normal process. I'll explain.
So, lets say that a Democrat Secretary of State wants to do [Marxist thing], but can't because the Legislature won't authorize it, there's no budget, it is contrary to current law, whatever. They find some willing cats-paw patsy NGO or 'advocacy group' with the same motive and goal, and ask that they sue the State about [Marxist thing] with some flimsy pretext. Then the State AG/Sec/Whatever goes before an aligned judge with the NGO, where they both pretend that they're opposed, when in reality they're working in concert.

"Wow, the state is so racist, they refuse to do [thing!]"

"Oh man, I'd hate to be forced to do [thing], that'd be sooooo terrible, oh no."

"Well we're going to sue you about [thing] and it'll be soooooo expensive!"

"Not a lawsuit! My office is busy doing stuff, we can't afford to fight about [thing!]"

"Well here's an idea, totally out of the blue, lets just settle with a consent decree where you agree to do [thing] then?"

"Oh noooo, I really, totally, honestly do not want to do [thing] but I guess its my only choice now. So tragic, oh noooooo."
Then the judge, who is usually in on the whole thing just signs off on it in 'the interest of justice'. Just like that, they bypass the legislature, the government, and any actual court involvement to accomplish their mission. The Democrats do this all the time, especially with election and environmental issues, precisely because they know their goals don't align with public interests.
Remember, for the Marxists everything is about
power, they have no principles. When it comes to murdering infants, Federal authority forces every state to agree. When it comes to California mandating emissions, the Feds have no authority. Whatever gives them power is good, whatever diminishes power is bad, and everything can flip on a dime.
I believed it to be true at the time. I hope it’s not true now.
Good news! He totally made it up! Not that terrible things didn't happen in the war, a lot of people starved to death, died of diseases, got shot, were blasted to pieces by artillery/bombs, burned to death (for example when the Allies firebombed Dresden to kill as many civilians as possible), or were brutalized (the Soviets raped their way West), but these are relatively mundane horrors. Anything you hear that sounds like it should be scribbled in the margins of some 14 year old edgelord's math notebook is probably made up.
It isn't even a good lie, like the tales about 'walking backwards fooled the guards' or 'I held my breath to escape gassing', its just incredulous. There is a reason skeet shooting is done with lightweight discs and not heavy, awkward sacks of flour. My kid puts together more plausible tales - I don't
believe that the neighbor's dog came into the kitchen and ate the Nutterbutters, but at least its
plausible.
