Either he does have cancer, and as all his ill-gotten Youtube bucks from reading KF threads go down the drain to pay for treatment. Or he's pulling a Boogie and lying about a very treatable cancer that has a near zero risk of becoming something bad, if not just a complete lie. Either way we should be laughing at him. It's obviously supposed to be a shitpost (albeit one I don't get because it's just making a statement, not too dissimilar to saying "I'm a pedophile" for "shock value" tbh), but it's clearly in his brand of zoomer """humor""" and his attempt to be """funny""".

Maybe we were watching a different video, because in that video he says that he doesn't think Jean Hollywood knew despite at the time there being leaked chat logs of him and goon clown talking about getting kids into porn on multiple occasions.
