It isn't her Autism or BPD that renders her incapable of self directing care, though, just what makes her insufferable and unable to connect with other humans in a meaningful way.

She literally doesn't understand how to live on her own: She goes weeks without bathing, eats at odd hours of the day (or oftentimes eats nothing at all), up until a few weeks ago she went to bed at 7 A.M. and woke up at 1 P.M., is obsessed with one character from an anime to the degree that she posts him everywhere she can and got into an imnumerable number of fights with other people because she wanted to be his biggest fan, is willing to trust at face value almost everything that somebody else tells her, is completely incapable of lying or to keep embarrassing details to herself, and believes that everyone who's kind to her is her friend. If those aren't clear-cut signs of autism then I don't know what they are

I never said she wasn't autistic, she's a helmet wearing sped, but that's not what I am saying. She is capable of learning, reacting and changing. But very slowly, and at a rate that would infuriate people. She also has a certain level of low cunning; she knows how to mimic (or maybe she does genuinely feel bad about her stupidity in those rare moments of lucidity). She uses dangerous ways to stim, and she vastly overshares about it, but she also understands the vastly negative implications, she just prioritizes them incorrectly. There's more than just autism, BPD, Histrionics, CPTSD and a learning disability in the mix. I have an idea but I'd rather she tell us all her actual diagnoses than me throw darts at a board that is so big and so broad that it would be next to impossible for me to miss.

It would be interesting to get these in a venn diagram and sort out the autistic behavior on one side and BPD on the other. But I'm not a tism knower
