CPS is not involved in adoptions between an adoption agency and adoptive parents you retard. Faggots rarely get CPS called on them anyway and always pass inspections if they do because 1.) you're a bigot if you suspect abuse 2.) it doesn't match the agency agenda and 3.) agency gets civil rights sued to death if allegations are false.
