Tophia is a reprehensible brat who has brought on a lot of the issues she faces by her own actions and choices. As I mentioned earlier, this could've been avoided had she not been such a stupid bitch about not wanting to get a job or think it to be beneath her; Mamachu is also responsible for enabling and encouraging this behavior from Tophia (I'm inclined to believe Smokey and Kiwi's theory is it's because she doesn't want to be alone and tries to control her children to be around and be her caretakers), too. As much as some people hope she learns from this and decides to get her shit together now that she's effectively alone (let's be honest, Mamachu might die if she's in critical condition with her health issues on top of this, especially once she learns her son is dead), the likely thing is that she's going to use this to grift off of peoples' sympathy towards her situation and will ride that into the ground and use this event as a shield against any criticism. Which at that point, she's back to being fair game and a target once sympathy and good will run out.

I had to think about this post before I actually wrote it because my thoughts were very disjointed, and I was pontificating with all the other voices in my head.

it brings up a slight philosophical question of how harshly should I judge someone who comes from not just a fractured household, but a shattered one.

I first learned of Tophiachu through Metokur. And found her posts in her stories fascinating SmokyMcC and Kiwi tapes kept me up-to-date with what was going on with her, and also gave me a glimpse into the lore of her past posts. And in retrospect,when I see individuals like this it makes me wonder about things like reincarnation, paying for past transgressions, forgotten sins from another lifetime, evening out karma, and why some individuals are just so very unlucky when it comes to the cards they are dealt by the fickle hand of fate.

Tophia isn’t without her sins isn’t without her vices isn’t without her grotesque sideshow traits. I know that she has been accused of being a pedophile or at least having pedophilic at tendencies…. And so I am torn on the one hand, I know what it is like to suddenly and violently lose somebody who is very close to you. I know that absolute utter despair of being cast into an abyss and feeling untethered and alone….

It is hell so consuming that it chokes you rings the life that God gave you out of you.


however, on the other hand, I have to believe to a certain extent that you reap what you sow and often what you give comes back three fold. And often times it isn’t God that comes knocking. It’s the devil and he collects in threes and he collects with interest.

I am very sorry that she had to experience something that is so traumatic that it’s probably going to rend her mind and her soul to shreds then leave her a tattered and broken ragdoll of a human husk and I am very sorry that she is going to most likely be an orphan soon with no family to lean on.

Not going to grave dance. There are individuals documented on the Farms who deserve such a fate, but the Slydells aren’t among them. This is a horrific thing for the family to go through and they have my sympathy.

If Tophia plays her cards right she now has the mother of all opportunities - not only for grifting but legitimate exposure as well. She could be a talking head for homelessness, gun crime, or whatever. (Yes I know the homelessness was pretty much self-inflicted but the media won’t care).
