A lot of Zoe's behavior, especially the glass bathtub marble drink thing, make sense if you think of her as an 8 year old instead of an adult.
Also, why the bathtub in particular? Why didn't she do it outside, or put it inside of a ziploc/shopping bag before destroying it? I can understand if she doesn't have a ziploc bag, but if she doesn't have a shopping bag with a bunch of other shopping bags inside of it than no amount of therapy/medication will fix her.
