Exactly, if any of those things were happening of course, he wouldn't admit they were happening.
We saw Jasper on his stream the other day so I highly doubt that he's sick, and if anything were happening with Kat I can't see any scenario where he would either:
1. Outright say something is going on with his wife and use it for sympathy
2. Virtue signal to make him seem like such a good guy being concerned or affected by his wife's problems

Same with his parents, he'd capitalize on sympathy and make himself seem like a good guy if it were anything happening with him.
I still say taxes or some other sort of monetary trouble is the simplest and most obvious situation.

Edit: Jasper is currently climbing on him on stream, I seriously doubt it is anything wrong with the cat.
