No, people had a theory that he was just extremely hungover and I think that is the case.

He still has some "behind the scenes" shit and he has factually lied about it before.

He just said "something this week happened that was personal and hit me and my family really hard" and that he didn't feel like doing a prestream and wanted to distract himself with raw gameplay and apparently that "legitimately worked"
