I kinda think it's the opposite, actually. He's got dumb fuck luck like DSP almost. Starting with getting out of that house at just the right time. Which is not to say he doesn't screw himself sometimes.

That said, you are correct we should be cautious.

I noticed today there is new thing on his case docket. A motion hearing has been scheduled for April 10th. Might be related to whatever he is talking about.

Apparently stupid Aaron was talking to Geno about this, as Geno was saying something about it on his shitty Rumble show (saw it sniped from Kevin Brennan's). I find Kanoe even more irritating than Nick, so I'll not be listening, but here's the link:
Geno's gay cohost for this show was shouting over the content, so I couldn't tell you if there was any there, there.

Maybe the prosecutor dropped all of the charges. Once Aaron's defense submitted the cocaine case into the court documents, and opened that entire cluster fuck with whole cast of unsympathetic characters that are seeking revenge for getting nailed... I don't think a jury trial win is a sure thing. Toss in computer hacking... that is enough to provide FUD to a jury. Put Nick on a stand and the jury will want to hang everyone involved.

A prosecutor is ethically obligated to drop a criminal charge or case if they don't think they can clear BARD. And this one is far from a sure thing.

What’s he talking about about “still wanting to present what we have”?

Does he still have to appear in court to accept the offer or? What happens now.
 
Here's my guess as to what happened. The Judge, who probably knows about Rekieta's stupidity by now, looked at this case and told the prosecution, "Why are you wasting everyone's time with this stupid shit? Why are you willing to entertain the cokehead retard that drugged his daughter so he can go and waste not only our time but the time of 12 jurors? Give him something that he will take without a shadow of a doubt or so help me god you will regret it."
