Are you sure? Because when I checked a few days ago, I swear I only saw the two trial dates set for May.
It might have absolutely nothing to do with what Aaron is claiming too. I just thought I'd mention it.
100% sure, it's been there in re-checks a time or two a week since January, so if it was gone occasionally it must have been a glitch. It also could have taken down temporarily if one of the attorneys called in to take it off the calendar because a verbal commitment to a plea deal made it moot or because the motion's subject matter was made moot by other events (such as a motion having to do with apparent failure to produce indispensable witnesses having been made moot by the interstate certificates showing efforts to resolve that problem), followed by them putting it back on the calendar for some reason.
In any case it does have one thing to do with what Aaron is claiming: rather than have to pick out a new date for his plea colloquy and wait months for that, it would be customary for them to simply take the April 10th time slot they already have and repurpose it to the plea colloquy. This would be ideal because it lands exactly a week before Nick's sentencing hearing on April 17th, so anyone observing in person (or god willing on a timely applied-for livestream) will get the welcome bonus of Nick's seethe levels cranked up to 11 with it foremost on his mind that he's bending over and taking all these onerous felony probation restrictions being read off to him mere days after his arch-nemesis got off virtually scot-free paying a fine smaller than even half of what Nick pays in supertips on any given nonce stream to get his bitching about Aaron the slightest crumb of attention.
Now that's just at a minimum, while at a maximum, if (again, big
