Yes and no. The worst she really got was Chris drawing shitty porn of her and uploading it to the internet. That sucks, but it's not like the ween brigade spent the next decade hounding her. That drawing did more damage to Chris than her, and she's been able to drop off the radar.
It's also worth mentioning Megan herself had her own share of issues which could have attracted some negative attention. From what I can tell she lacked a good amount of social awareness.

Maybe, but Chris very obviously is not firing on all cylinders. To most people, "trolling" is a bunch of cackling teenagers in V for Vendetta masks telling people to kill themselves. So when Chris says, "trolls ruined my life," an outsider might well assume that Chris had a bad experience and there's nothing really to see. Type 1 Diabetes hits people young, usually before puberty. It's brought on usually by a series of illnesses to people who are genetically predisposed to it.(type 1 is actually an autoimmune disease)

Also fwiw, it's rare to have a recorded blood sugar above 600, most blood glucose meters aren't able to read above 600. It's funny the meter just says "hi" and "see a doctor immediately". It's likely much higher blood sugars never get recorded as a first diagnosis blood sugar for diabetes above 600 leads to an insulin drip iv, with a subsequent monitoring of blood sugar until it reaches recordable levels, and then removal of the IV. A blood sugar meter that can read that high is sorta a novelty item
